  • Will you board my dogs together?

    We allow pets from the same family to stay together unless space is limited or food aggression/ fighting occurs. This is for your pet's comfort and safety and does not alter the cost of their stay.



  • Should I bring food for my pet?

    Our team will provide Nutri-Source lamb formula dry food for a fee of $3 per day. If you'd like your pet to eat a different brand, you should bring it along. We don't recommend any changes to your pet's food so keeping them on their normal diet is best.

  • Can I bring a blanket or any toys?

    Each of our pet guests will have their own blanket. However, if you'd like to provide any additional bedding or toys, you may do so as long as you label them appropriately.  We are not responsible for lost or destroyed toys or bedding.

  • Do you have an on-site veterinarian?

    We do not. If a medical issue arises, we'll transport your pet to your own veterinarian with your permission, or to an emergency vet if your veterinarian is unavailable. If you cannot be reached we reserve the right to seek veterinary attention if needed.

  • Can I take a tour?

    Absolutely! Please do so ahead of your pet's reservation.

  • What vaccinations will my pet need?

    Please see our vaccination requirements.

  • Can you administer my pet's medication?

    Yes, we can. There's is a $1 additional fee for each medication per administration. We just need clear instructions and original packaging.

  • Did my pet drink enough while I was away?

    Some pets can develop a taste only for their home water and won't drink as much while away. We check for signs of dehydration each day but recommend you provide fresh water to your pet upon their arrival home.

  • Why should I choose you over another facility?

    Simply put, we love pets. We feel greatly rewarded for having the opportunity to provide the best care possible for your pet. We're backed by over 40 years of experience. We strive to provide excellent service for you, including discounts for long stays, flexible pick-up times, frequent grooming, and FREE pet advice. If we make any errors, we'll certainly correct our work.

  • What do you offer at Mutterly Love that other providers do not?

    We'll perform a six-point health inspection. This includes inspecting their weight, eyes, teeth, ears, nails, and skin/coat. If there are any issues, we'll let you know immediately. We also offer several on-leash walks outdoors for our guests to monitor defecation habits, reinforce housebreaking and keep their joints moving freely.

  • How are your accommodations?

    We have an 8,000 square foot, spacious facility. Our indoor kennels are 4 feet by 5 feet, heavy-duty steel dog crates ranging from 30" to 48" long, and 70" condos for cats. We don't cage dogs in our playroom unless they require a 15-minute disciplinary period. Your pet will surely receive the activity and affection they deserve while you're gone.

  • What activities do you offer to keep my dog active?

    Our team offers playtime in our climate-controlled 3,500 square foot indoor play area and a 3,000 square foot outdoor potty area. We also provide on-leash walks and bedtime treats. A walk around the block is available upon request. Our complimentary bath service includes a 10-minute massage and a 15-minute brush out if requested. Hugs and kisses are FREE!

  • How do I reserve?
